To become a member of TBXTrade, you must be a major and provide all the required information on the inscription form.

The equipments (computers, softwares, means of telecommunications, etc.) allowing the access of TBXTrade are your responsibilities. The same applies to the fees of telecommunications incurred by your utilization of TBXTrade.

You guarantee that the information you provide to is exact and real. You are required to provide a real email address and belongs to you. In the case of non-reception of service messages that TBXTrade will have sent you, you renounce your rights to reclamation and/or legal action against TBXTrade.

After you have signed up, you will have a private and confidential login and password. This should not be communicated to any third-parties. In no case will TBXTrade be responsible for the losses caused by the loss of your login and password.

During the first few days of utilization of the site, TBXTrade offers you a period where you can access all functionalities of the site. You must not create another account to take advantage of this. Each person has the right to create one only one accounte.

In the case of misuse, TBXTrade reserves the right to suspend your account without notice. In addition, TBXTrade has no means of ensuring the identity of those who sign up to our service, and thus is not responsible for any case of identity theft. If a member wishes to buddy a friends and provides TBXTrade with the contact information of the latter, he/she must have consent to have this information stored by TBXTrade. The member is thus solemy responsible for the consequences of this transmission of information to TBXTrade.

TBXTrade reserves the right to disactivate member accounts that have not been active for 6 months or more.

Conforming to the articles L 121-19 et L 121-20 of the French Code of Consumption, you are informed that you have 7 days from the start of your subscription, to withdraw your interest without penalties and without having to provide a reason. At the same time, conforming to the article L 121-20-2-1° of the French Code of Consumption, this right may not be exercised once you have accessed the pertinent functions on the site of TBXTrade.

Once you sign up, you can access the services of TBXTrade. The price and mode of payment for the different services are available on the TBXTrade website in the presentation of the utilization of the services.

In using TBXTrade, you agree to respect the following regulations:

- To respect the rights of third parties and their dispositions.
- to behave loyally to TBXTrade other users.
- Respect intellectual property rights as applied to the content provided by TBXTrade and other users.
- Never use a function except in the manner previewed.
- Never to communicate your login and password to a third party and never to allow a third party to use your login and password.
- Never to communicate to TBXTrade and its users information that might in any case prejudicial.
- Never to diffuse information or content that do not conform to reality.

- Never to diffuse information or content that diminishes, disorganize or impede the normal utilization of TBXTrade.
- Never to participate directly or indirectly to a network to incite any snowball effects, previewed by the articles L 122-6 et L 122-7 of the French Code of Consumption.
- In the case of disregard by a member of one of several of the regulations, TBXTrade reserves the right to terminate the contract, without notice, blocking the account(s) of member(s) concerned, deleting automatically the litigious messages, stopping the publication of all or part of the profile of a member and/or blocking the his/her access to all or part of the services provided, in a temporary or definitive manner, all without recourse. In all cases, no reimbursement of the sums transferred by the user will be effectuated on the definitive suppression of a TBXTrade account.

TBXTrade cannot be held responsible for false declarations made by a member. TBXTrade disposes of all responsibilities from the meeting between members of TBXTrade, on TBXTrade, or meetings between members and non-members, following the utilization of the site.

The site TBXTrade respect your private life and has made a declaration to the French authority for the protection of personal information (The National Commission of Information and Liberties, CNIL).

Certain information, indication or content that the users supply are susceptible, under the responsibility of the user concerned such as ethnic origin, nationality and/or religion. 5.1 - Each member can close out his/her TBXTrade account at any moment and without any reason.

Cancellation of the account can be processed through the 'Preferences' form.
This request for the closure of account will be effectuated the day following the reception of the letter by.In all cases, this closure does not allow you to a reimbursement of subscription fees paid.
In the case of disregard on your part, TBXTrade reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account, without notice , and without reimbursement of your subscription fees.
This cancellation does not prejudice the damages and interests that may be brought up against you in a court of law.

Your personal information will be destroyed at your demand or at the expiration of the 6 months from the sate of cancellation of your account.

5.2 - You, and TBXTrade, can cancel Premium Premium subscription without any reason.

Premium Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of subscription period.
Cancellation can be processed through Subscription form - Options change - in case of payment by credit card - or via PayPal(tm) in case of payment by PayPal or by letter sent to TBXTrade or to the member.
The name of the member and its email adress must be mentioned on cancellation letter.
No amount will be reimbursed by TBXTrade in case of anticipated cancellation, but Premium subscription will be effective until end date of subscription and will not be renewed.
If the member has terminated the Premium Membership, the member is entitled to retain a Free Membership until such termination takes effect.
The provisions of this section 5.2 shall not affect the right of both parties to terminate the agreement for good cause.

The information on the stocks, and advice diffused, in the messages that you receive from TBXTrade or the TBXTrade website are for informational purposes only. Each visiter, recipient of these mails or member of TBXTrade is solely responsible for hisher acts. Our advice in no case constitute a guarantee of results. TBXTrade is not responsible for errors, omissions and opportunities lost for the a person signed up or not signed up to TBXTrade.

The information provided by a member must be exact and conform to reality. The consequences of the divulging of your life to other members are your exclusive responsibility. You renounce all recourse against TBXTrade, notably on any attack on your image, your honor, the intimacy of your private life, resulting from the diffusion or divulging of concerning yourself.

TBXTrade cannot be held responsible of the exactitude or the inexactitude of the information and content supplied by other members, the visiters of the site and/or yourself. Likewise, TBXTrade cannot be held responsible for the content diffused by a member, which are likely to contravene the rights of one or several members.

In the case where the responsibility of TBXTrade if searched for the contravention by a member that incumbent the terms of laws or of these conditions of utilization, the member guarantees all indemnities incurred, including all legal fees.

You must have at your disposal the competences, the materials and the software required for the utilization of the internet and recognize that the intrinsic characteristics and the constraints of the internet does not guarantee security, availability and integrity of the transmissions of data on the internet.

TBXTrade does not guarantee that the service functions without interruption or error. In particular, their utilization may be interrupted for maintenance, technical updates or for changing the contents and/or its presentation.

In all possible cases, TBXTrade will inform its members prior to an operation of maintenance or update. You renounce the right to hold TBXTrade responsible for the functioning and utilization of the site www.tbxtrade.com.

Likewise, TBXTrade cannot be held responsible in the case of dys-functioning or the impossibility of access or the breach against the conditions of utilization, due to unadapted equipment, perturbations from suppliers or the failure of the internet network and/or all reasons exterior to TBXTrade.

TBXTrade will in no case be responsible for the indirect damages cased and notably by the loss of data (including the copies) or rhz registrations that you would be effectuated.
